PURPOSE:To reduce the space necessary for the setting of a yarn-holding means for holding and releasing a tail yarn extending from a doffed full bobbin to a spindle by attaching the holding means to a separator between the spindles. CONSTITUTION:A yarn 11 is wound under twisting to a bobbin A attached to a spindle 4 until the bobbin becomes full-bobbin, when the full bobbins are extracted by a simultaneous doffer and empty bobbins are attached to the spindles 4. In the above operation, the tail yarn extending from the full bobbin A to the spindle 4 are temporarily held with a yarn-holding means 30 attached to a separator 7 placed between the spindles. |
