PURPOSE:To effectively clean a screen mask and to prevent if from clogging by providing a nozzle having an opening at its end, protruding at the top of a cleanser tank, a pump for discharging cleanser, a brush at the end of the nozzle, and a wiping member of the side of the tank. CONSTITUTION:Cleanser 8 in a cleanser tank 1 is discharged by a pump 7 to a brush 11 in the opening 3 at the end of a nozzle 2 through an opening 6 to circulate at the top of the tank 1, and the cleanser 8 rising to the brush 11 is ultrasonically vibrated by an ultrasonic oscillator 12. A screen mask 31 is rubbed with the brush 11 while exposing with the cleanser 8 discharged from the opening 3 of the nozzle 2. Accordingly, cream solder adhering to the lower surface of the mask 31 and the pores of the pattern is peeled, cleaned by the cleanser 8, and the mask 31 is then brought into contact with a cleaning cloth 24 at the top of a roller 16. In this case, the cloth 24 is moved oppositely to the mask 31 on the roller 16, the mask 31 is always rubbed with new part to wipe the cleanser and clean solder remaining on the mask 31. |
