POLYIMIDE LAMINATE BODY HAVING SLIPPERINESS IMPROVED

PURPOSE:To improve slipperiness by laminating a polyimide film and an activated fluorine film, and by forming undulation in a specified area on the outer surface of the fluorine film. CONSTITUTION:A polyimide film is obtained from a resin solution of a polyamide acid which is a precursor of polyimide. A fluorine film of which the fluorine content is 20wt.% or above ordinarily, or 50 to 76wt.% preferably, is used. Undulation of 0.03 to 5mum is formed at least on one side of the fluorine film. A sufficient effect of improved slipperiness can not be expected when the undulation is less than 0.03mum, while an adverse effect such as drawing of aid is produced in a subsequent laminating process when it exceeds 5mum.
