<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently form side face electrodes having uniform film thickness by extending through holes at an equal pitch, and bringing a plurality of wires coated with conductive paste into press contact with the inner wall face of the holes to transfer the paste. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic board is primarily divided to obtain dividing plates 1a in which the inner wall faces of through holes 6 are located at the dividing faces 7a, 7b. Then, the plate 1a is disposed on a silver paste bath 10, and a plurality of wires 11 movable vertically are extended at an equal pitch to that of the holes 6 under the plate 1a. The wires 11 are dipped in the bath 10 to be raised, and the wires 11 coated with silver paste on the outer surfaces are brought into press contact with the inner wall faces of the holes 6 located at the face 7a of the one side of the plate 1a, and uniform silver paste film is transferred to the inner wall faces of the holes 6. Thus, side face electrodes can be efficiently and effectively formed.</p> |
