PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a coated film under ultraviolet ray radiation by forming a fluorine polymer skin film contained with ultraviolet ray absorbent on the surface of titanium material. CONSTITUTION:It may preferably be soluble into solvent as fluorine polymer such as tetrafluoroethytlene resin, trifluoroethylene chloride resin, fluorovinylidene resin and the like. The formation of a coating film should be performed in such a manner that a coating material, in which ultraviolet ray absorbent, or further, a coupling agent is added in fluorine copolymer, is applied, and then dried, on a titanium material surface, and then baked as required. The addition rate of ultraviolet ray absorbent is made to be 0.1-30wt.%. Thus, the arrival of ultraviolet to the interface of the coated film and the titanium can be restrained, and the adhesion can be prevented from lowering due to atomic oxygen radical O.. |
