摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a coated film under ultraviolet ray radiation by forming a fluorine polymer skin film contained with ultraviolet ray absorbent on the surface of titanium material. CONSTITUTION:It may preferably be soluble into solvent as fluorine polymer such as tetrafluoroethytlene resin, trifluoroethylene chloride resin, fluorovinylidene resin and the like. The formation of a coating film should be performed in such a manner that a coating material, in which ultraviolet ray absorbent, or further, a coupling agent is added in fluorine copolymer, is applied, and then dried, on a titanium material surface, and then baked as required. The addition rate of ultraviolet ray absorbent is made to be 0.1-30wt.%.
