PURPOSE:To enable long fibre to be wound around in continuous state even if the number of wind is reduced, and improve the productivity without casing any fall of strength by winding the hoop of a fibre bundle formed previously around a jig or member. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of strands 11, which are being guided by guide rollers 13, pass through a infiltration bath 14, while, they are infiltrated with for example epoxy resin, and converges then into one after being passed through guide plates 14, following this, the resin infiltrated long fibre bundle 15 is wound around a large diameter drum 16 so as to form a hoop 17 of the fibre bundle. The hoop 17 of the fibre bundle is wound once around a jig 2, and the residual length 17a is reversed and crossed to each other. Next, the residual length 17a is turned back so as to form three small hoops 17b, each small hoop 17b is passed through the notches 2a of a winding jig 2 and took out to the side of a boss metal fitting 3, and the small hoops 17b took out are hooked on the boss metal fitting 3, and the residual length 17a is reversed and crossed to each other again. Furthermore, the residual length 17a is turned back so as to form small hoops 17b once again, and the small hoops 17b are hooked on the boss metal fitting 3 by passing through the notches 2a of the winding jig 2. |
