A b s t r a c t The invention relates to bis-(2-ethylamino-4-di-ethylamino-s-triazin-6-yl)tetrasulphide and a process for the production of this compound from the corresponding mercaptotriazine. The compound according to the invention is used in vulcanizable mixtures as cross-linking agent or as vulcanization accelerator.
