PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize constitution by disposing an analysis part chip having a sample component separating function and detecting function movably in a frame body, thereby incorporating the analysis part itself as a selector valve. CONSTITUTION:Spiral capillary grooves 21 are provided on a glass substrate 20a. A sample accepting part 22a is provided to the upstream and a detecting groove 23 to the downstream along the grooves. An SiO2 layer 210 is provided to the grooves 21 and a flat plate 20b is joined thereto. A stationary phase 22 for ordinary liquid chromatograph is formed to the inside surface of the grooves 21. Both side surfaces of this analysis chip are crimped by rigid bodies formed to a disk shape. The assembly integrated with the chip and the rigid bodies can be actuated in the same manner as for the selector valve of a rotary type. The analysis part chip executes the selection of paths in the frame body provided with a sample introducing part, eluate introducing path and liquid discharging path. The analysis part is extremely miniaturized and the easy to handle chromatograph is obtd. according to this constitution. |
