PURPOSE:To obtain a valve apparatus equipped with a plurality of selector valves by forming a valve body by laminating a plural number of nearly plate- shaped flexible elastic bodies and installing a diaphragm etc. CONSTITUTION:In case of a two-position three-directional selector valve, nearly plate-shaped flexible elastic 11-21 made of rubber or soft sunthetic resin are laminated, and outside surface of said laminated substance is cvered with the external cover 22 made of a material having a large rigidity, and thus a valve body 10 is constituted. At this time, a reinforcing material 25 having a rigidity is embedded into the elastic material 16, and a connecting rod 27 having a rigidity is inserted in a prescribed depth from the surface of the ealstic material 11. Annular space parts 30-34 are formed in the elastic materials 11-14 around said connecting rod 27, and a space part 35 is formed on the bottom of the elastic material 15, and diaphragm parts 36, 40, 44, and 46 are formed between the space parts. A vlave body 41 integrated with the diphragm part 40 is formed inside the diaphragm part 40, and said valve body 41 cooperates with valve seats 38 and 42. |
