PURPOSE:To obtain the title food of high shape retainability by heating, under specified conditions, a container packed with food materials and, while further heating or after terminating the heating, by rotating the container followed by cooling. CONSTITUTION:A container such as a plastic cup or glass bottle is packed with food materials such as raw rice, water and flavors followed by sealing and then heating at 110-121 deg.C while rotating the resultant container at 2-10rpm for 2-5min. Thence, this container is left to stand and heated at 110-121 deg.C for 10-50min, and, while further heating at 110-121 deg.C or after terminating the heating, the container is rotated at 5-15rpm for 2-5min. After this operation, the resultant container is cooled, while left to stand, thus obtaining the objective food. |
