<p>Procedure for dividing rolls of tissue paper and corresponding rolls (1) in the paper and cartonboard industry. According to the current technique, rejected rolls are rolled out or the rolls are divided with a roll cutter with a sharp edge. The slowness of the rolling is a problem, and the problem with the cutter is the considerable power it requires and the blunting of the edge. In order to eradicate these problems, the invented procedure has been realised so that the rolls (1) are divided with spraying water, the pressure of which is at least 50 bar.<IMAGE></p> |
