PURPOSE:To perform the scheduling which increases productivity most by performing weighting in working stages on each working content in a load heaping method, storing it in an external part memory device in advance and making it the center stage in calculation. CONSTITUTION:The load of the stage of the lowest working speed which is the prestage than the most important stage is added to pertinent machine and pertinent day by a data processing means 22 according to the management information 21 obtd. by a management information control means 20 and in case of exceeding the reference capacity, it is added on the following day and at the time when the working day of an important stage is found by calculation by repeating it until the most delaying startable day, the working scheduled day of a slow stage is found by the similar method based on the result thereof. The working scheduled days of both stages like a work being flowed smoothly by interlocking the important stage again are decided based on this result, other working scheduled days are decided based thereon. This calculated working scheduled day is stored in an external part memory device. |
