摘要 PURPOSE:To surely perform a push-pull operation by stabilizing the potential of a common source terminal by decreasing the impedance of a circuit between the common source terminal of a current source FET at an output stage and a power source terminal in high frequency manner. CONSTITUTION:When a signal of (H) is inputted to input IN1 and a signal of (L) to input IN2 after inverting their phases mutually, a transistor Q1 is turned on, and a transistor Q2 is turned off. Thereby, a Q4 is turned off and a Q5 is turned on. And a Q7 is turned off, and the source potential of the Q5 is shifted by the potential drop of a Schottky barrier diode comprising a level shift element 22, then, an H signal can be obtained at output OUT2. Meanwhile, a Q6 is turned on, and an L signal can be obtained at output OUT1. Even when deviation is generated in the timing of the change of an impression signal on the input IN1 and IN2, a high frequency component of cycle equivalent to the deviation can be short-circuited via a capacitor C3, and the potential at the source terminals of the Q6 and Q7 can be stabilized.
