DECIDING SYSTEM FOR ORDERING QUANTITY OF COMMODITY

PURPOSE:To simplify the ordering jobs of commodities and to improve the ordering efficiency by obtaining the information and factors that affect the sales quantity and automatically calculating the optimum ordering quantity at an ordering job. CONSTITUTION:A control table of an external memory 204 of an information processor 200 stores the control value of the ordering quantity for the information and factors that affect the sales of commodities. A parameter shows the affecting sections of the information and factors and the control value is set for each section. Then the using table and parameter are set for each commodity or commodity group, and the control value is selected based on the pattern and the parameter corresponding to the commodities of the control table at ordering. These selected control values are multiplied with each other for acquisition of the final control value. Then the recommended ordering quantity is calculated together with the basic value of the commodity record. Thus the accurate ordering is attained regardless of workers and a sold-out state and the loss of chances can be avoided.
