PURPOSE:To enable automatic measuring and display of solvent consumption by A-D converting output voltage of a change of a solvent quantity converted to a change amount of a float measured by an ultrasonic distance sensor to be taken in CPU to be subjected to arithmetic processing, converted to the solvent amount and compared with initial data after a solvent is supplemented. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning device 50 is operated, one cycle of a washing process is completed, distillation is totally ended, and solvents 4, 4a return to a fluorocarbon solvent tank 3 and a perchloroethylene solvent tank 3a. Whereupon, the positions of floats 42, 42a are respectively measured by ultrasonic distance sensors 67, 67a and output as analog voltage proportional to the distance. A/D converters 63, 63a convert its voltage to a digital signal, and the solvent quantity is calculated by CPU 53. The solvent amounts in both tanks are compared with the temporarily stored initial data. The result of comparison arithmetic operation is the solvent consumption. This is displayed for fluorocarbon and perchloroethylene each on numeral display devices 65, 65a of a console panel 51 through a panel interface 60. |
