PURPOSE:To properly polish the filling part of a printed circuit board and to obtain satisfactory finishing face by arranging plural brush bundles at the brush holding part having an abrasive liquid injection hole and using a polishing member coating each brush bundle by a steel like abrasive cloth. CONSTITUTION:Plural brush bundles are arranged at a brush holding part 42 arranged with plural abrasive liquid injection holes 46. Moreover, the necessary polishing member is made by coating each brush bundle 45 by a steel like abrasive cloth 43. By this abrasive cloth 43 the filling part on the surface of a printed circuit board is properly polished without its scratching, with injecting the abrasive liquid from the injection hole 46 of this polishing member and a satisfactory finishing face is obtd. |
