A voltage source terminal (Vcc) is connected to a collector of transistor (TR21) and a base of transistor (TR21, TR22) through a resister (R21). Each emitter of transistor (TR21)(TR22) is connected to the resistors (R22)(R23) and each base of transistors (TR23)(TR24) . Each emitter of transistor (TR23)(TR24) is connected to resistors (R24)(R25), and collector of transistor (TR24) is connected to the load. The circuit adapted into an integrated circuits provides constant current proportional to the resistor value. |
