PURPOSE:To improve the insertion property of a wire and to prevent the breaking of the wire by mounting a nose holding a first wire guide, a wire guide holder and a second wire guide and forming wire guide structure in which the surface of the protruding section of the first wire guide is positioned at the tip. CONSTITUTION:A first wire guide 1 has a plurality of wire guide holes, a wire guide holder 2 has a window 2a from which the surface having the wire guide holes of the first wire guide 1 is protruded from the printing direction, and pins 2b, 2c penetrated into two holes bored to the first wire guide are shaped one by one to the surface abutting against the first wire guide 1. Wire guide holes in the same number as the wire guide holes of the first wire guide 1 are shaped to a second wire guide 3, the second wire guide 3 has holes 3a, 3b into which pins are introduced, and these wire guides 1, 3, and wire guide holder 2 are assembled integrally, and inserted into the grooves 4a of a nose 4. Since the protruding-section surface 1d of the first wire guide 1 is positioned at the tip face of a head, a wire is not protruded and is formed in the same surface. |
