<p>PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous designation and input by arranging and displaying menu items corresponding to respective menu titles in a menu bar by means of a specified program. CONSTITUTION:Input information decides the pointer of a menu display table 16 in an input information analysis part 41, and is transmitted to a screen controller 14 through a document generation device 15. The controller 14 reads the table 16, executes the previously stored and specified program, displays the menu titles and displays the new items for the size of a selection item display size 63 when a selection item display flag 62 is turned on. In the case of alteration, information is selected after a pull down menu is displayed, and selected information is returned from the controller 14 to the device 15. The selection item number 64 of the table 16 is altered to a number corresponding to an alteration item. The pointer of the table 16 is transmitted from the device 15 to the controller 14, and the new item shown by the number 64 is displayed. Thus, the execution of erroneous instruction and input is prevented.</p> |
