<p>PURPOSE:To enable top part carrying tongs to perform its self climbing by providing a surplus winding winch in a counterweight while releasing the counterweight and making a cage single liftable by a rack pinion driving gear. CONSTITUTION:A cage 1, though it is of counterweight type, is lifted by rack pinion driving, when the cage is in assembly, disassembly and climbing, by limiting a loading permissible load to a degree of one column of mast own weight and 2 to 3 workers, the cage 1 is self liftable even without a counterweight 6, performing extension of a mast 5. Here turnable wire taking is performed by only extending a surplus winding wire 10 with no necessity for relinking even a counterweight wire, and also top part carrying tongs 3 together are supported in no relation to the extension of the mast. While in a predetermined floor, opening a lift door 7, turning over a step board and actuating an extruding lever of an automatic unloading device, a wheeled truck on a load bed is extruded onto a floor.</p> |
