In the method, melt-spun thermoplastic synthetic filaments pass through an air jet unit (2) to be subject to air jets released at 3- 10kg/cm2 in the direction of drawing the element, proceed through between two electrostatic units (3) to bring further fabrillation, pass through hot air jet stream released at 8-10kg/cm2 and 150-250 deg. C at the hot air jet unit (4) to produce loops and crimps, which are cooled in contact with the outer surface of a cooling drum to be spun into yarn. Pref. the stretchability of the filament is 5±3 denier and the drawing speed being 800-4000m/min.
