SYSTEM FOR DISPLAYING ESTABLISHED STATE OF BROAD-BAND LAN LOGIC LINE

PURPOSE:To make the line utilizing state of each port of terminal subscribing equipment visible from a user by turning on an indicator LED to light when each terminal equipment connected with the terminal subscribing equipment establishes a logic line with another terminal equipment and turning off the LED when the logic line is released. CONSTITUTION:When a program 22d for indicating the established state of a logic line is actuated by means of the scheduler program 22a of terminal subscribing equipment 11, a port controlling counter provided in a memory section 23 is initialized. Then whether or not a port establishes a logic line with another port is discriminated by referring to status numbers enrolled in the port state displaying area 23a of the number indicated by the counter and, when the logic line is established, one of logic line established state indicating LED 18a-18d corresponding to the said port is turned on. When the logic line is not established, one of the LEDs 18a-18d corresponding to the said port is turned off.
