PURPOSE:To retrieve recording information later by detecting the over collection of a fare due to the reloading error of the recording information or the operation error of an operator and an abnormal passenger with a ticket which is unfairly used. CONSTITUTION:A card processing unit 10 executes normal fare adjustment processing to card-type tickets 21-2n and executes the reloading of the recording information to the use fare. The information to be read from the card-type ticket are transferred to an external computer 4 by a data transferring means 3. The external computer makes an experience file by card-type ticket peculiar numbers from the transferred information. It is investigated whether there is abnormality such as the recording amount of the card-type ticket is increased, abnormally decreased or the plural peculiar numbers are obtained, etc., or not. Then, the list of the peculiar number for the card-type ticket, which is decided abnormal, is made and recorded to an internal memory. Thus, the writing error of the card processing unit or the operating error of the operator can be easily discriminated and the experience of the abnormal data can be easily drawn out. |
