<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject coating agent capable of forming a coating film having excellent coatability and water-resistance and free from blocking tendency by compounding a saturated polyester resin, a plasticizer for plastic and synthetic resin, a water-soluble organic compound, etc., at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) a saturated polyester resin having a softening point of 40-200 deg.C and containing hydrophilic group such as polyethylene glycol, hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, carbonyl group, amino group, methylcarbonyl group, carboxylic acid salt, sulfonic acid salt, sulfuric acid ester salt, phosphoric acid ester salt and quaternary ammonium salt, (B) a 7-32C plasticizer for plastics and synthetic rubbers (e.g., phthalic acid diester), (C) a water-soluble organic compound having a boiling point of 60-120 deg.C and (D) water at ratios to satisfy the following formulas. A+B+C+D=100 pts.wt.; A/(B+C)=0.5-20; A/B=5-20; A/(B+C+D)=0.03-1.0.</p> |
