MULTILAYER STRETCHED POLYPROPYLENE FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title film which is excellent in transparency, glossy properties and perspective properties and capable of heat seal good in sliding properties and blocking resistance by blending both the specified amount of an antistatic agent and the lower limit of a nucleating agent with a base mate rial layer. CONSTITUTION:A sealant layer made of propylene-based flexible resin is laminated at least on the single side of a crystalline polypropylene layer incorporating both 0.2 - 2.0pts.wt. antistatic agent and a nucleating agent and stretching treatment is performed. Therein the nucleating agent contained in the crystalline polypropylene layer is a high molecular nucleator and 0.03 - 1.0pts.wt. lubricant having 95 - 125 deg.C m.p. is contained in the crystalline polypropylene layer. Further the high molecular nucleator is a polymer of >=6C three - order branched alpha-olefin and or vinylcycloalkane and its content is regulated to 0.05 - 10,000wt. ppm at monomer unit. Furthermore Vicat softening point of propylene-based flexible resin constituting the sealant layer is regulated to 120 deg.C or below.
