PURPOSE:To permit instantaneous judgement of the nuclear life span of a neutron detector by separating the output signal of the neutron detector to an AC component and a DC component and processing the same arithmetically. CONSTITUTION:A coaxial cable 21 is connected to the output side of a neutron detector 20, and this cable 21 is connected to an input circuit 22. The circuit 22 has a high voltage power source HV,and separates the input signal to an AC component and a DC component. These outputs are inputted to an operator 27 via a campbell amplifier 23, DC amplifier 24 and A/D converters 25, 26 respectively. The output of the operator 27 is applied to a display device 28, on which the nuclear life span of the detector 20 is displayed. |
