The present invention relates to a cloning vector for expressing a DNA sequence coding for a specified protein in an Actinomyces strain, characterised in that it comprises: . an att attachment sequence, . a DNA sequence coding for an int sequence which is functional in the said strain, and . a DNA sequence coding for the said specific protein and for the members ensuring the expression of the said sequence in the said strain.
