<p>The invention concerns a form for selecting a code that has to be kept secret, and a corresponding procedure. As taught by the invention, the form (1) consists of two separable parts, a symbol part (2) and a selection part (3), the symbol part comprises a symbol area (4) consisting of at least one symbol field (6) comprising a plurality of symbols, the selection part comprises a selection area (7) corresponding to the symbol area, this selection area comprising selection fields (8) corresponding to the symbol fields, the selected symbols being entered in clear text in said selection fields, and the selection part comprises an identifier field (9), the symbols corresponding to the entries in the selection area being identifiable with the aid of the identifier in said identifier field.</p> |
