PURPOSE:To reduce the size and cost of a graphic equalizer device and, at the same time, to improve the operability of the device by changing each frequency characteristics represented by plural frequency characteristic data groups stored in a storing section by operating frequency characteristic designating keys corresponding to the number of the frequency characteristics and one set of cursor operating keys. CONSTITUTION:An operation input decision section 12 accepts the operation inputs of frequency characteristics designating keys 111-113 and gives a decision output for designating frequency characteristic data groups stored in a storing section 15 to a controlling and processing section 14. An operation input decision section 13 accepts operation inputs of one set of cursor operating keys 121-124 and gives a decision output indicating the changed content of the frequency characteristic data groups stored in the storing section 15 to the controlling and processing section 14. The section 14 changes the content of the frequency characteristic data stored in the section 15 designated on the basis of the decision output of the section 12 based on the decision output of the section 13. Moreover, a microcomputer 20 for display displays the frequency characteristics shown by the frequency characteristic data groups stored in the storing section in graphics together with a cursor display indicating the designated center frequency point. |
