PURPOSE:To increase a specific dielectric constant and no-load Q and to change the temp. coefft. of a resonance frequency by specifying the component compsn. of ceramics consisting of a (BaO).(TiO2)x compsn., Sm2O3 and La2O3. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramics compsn. which consists essentially of the (BaO).(TiO2)x compsn., the Sm2O3, La2O3 and the Bi2O3 and with which the compsn. of the above-mentioned essential components in terms of oxides is specified within the range of 15 to 19mol% BaO, 62 to 74mol% TiO2, 8 to 18mol% Sm2O3, and 1 to 3.5mol% La2O3 is added with <=2.5wt.% Bi2O3 to provide the above-mentioned dielectric ceramics compsn. The reason for adding the Bi2O3 lies in that the dielectric constant and no-load Q can be increased with an increase in the amt. of the addition and the temp. characteristics can be changed. The dielectric constant and no-load Q decrease too much if the Bi2O3 is added in excess of 2.5wt.%. |
