PURPOSE:To appropriately control the title system without increasing the number of terminal lines and the burden of the operator of the system by executing the schedule for controlling the input and output of the terminal lines based on a loss probability and the delayed states of telegraphic messages accumulated in a storage device. CONSTITUTION:Facsimile mail equipment 10 is provided with an FCU(facsimile control unit) 14 which controls the transmission and reception of telegraphic messages (mail) and control information to and from terminal equipment, audio response to terminal equipment, input and output from and to a line, etc., and a communication section 18 for communicating with a loss measuring instrument 20. The main control section 11 of the equipment 10 decides the input-output controlling rates of each terminal line 30 corresponding to the current traffic state from a loss probability obtained from the instrument 20 through the communication section 18 of the equipment 10 side, quantized value (delay factor) of a delayed state, and current line controlling state obtained from the input- output controlling section 17 of each FUC 14 and prepares schedules of the (n) pieces of terminal lines 30. |
