PURPOSE:To improve electrostatic characteristics and to provide a sharp and good-quality image even if the environment at the time of copied image formation fluctuates by incorporating at least one kind of resins A and at least one kind of resins B into the binder resin incorporated into the electrophotographic sensitive body having a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photoconductive layer contg. at least an inorg. photoconductive material and the binder resin is formed on the electrophotographic sensitive body. This binder resin contains at least one kind of the resins A which have 1X10<3> to 2X10<4> weight average mol. wt. and contain >=30wt.% repeating unit expressed by the formula I or the formula II and the resins B which have >=5X10<4> weight average mol. wt., contain at least the repeating unit expressed by the general formula I as a polymer component and have a crosslinked structure. The dark charge holding characteristic as the electrostatic characteristic and the photosensitivity are improved and the sharp and good-quality image is formed even if there is a fluctuation in the environment at the time of the copied image formation. |
