PURPOSE:To make distinguishment of the title artificial wooden board material from natural board material impossible for a user by patterning the grain of wood on the surface of a reinforced layer to form unevenness and imparting the touch of the grain of wood and visually making these unevenness conspicuous. CONSTITUTION:FRP material has the gel coating layers 2 unevenly formed by patterning the grain of wood on the surfaces of the reinforced layers 1 wherein the reinforced material such as glass fiber has been laminated by adhesive resin. The gel coating layers 2 are formed of both the basic color gamuts 3 occupying large parts thereof and the added color gamuts 4 scattered according to the uneven grain pattern of wood. The basic color gamuts 3 are made to imitate fundamental color of natural wood. The added color gamuts 4 such as red, brawn, black, green are scattered in the basic color gamuts 3 according to the grain-like unevenness. Further the basic color gamuts 3 are complicatedly intermixed with the added color gamuts 4 and thereby the change in color tone is exhibited. Furthermore the basic color gamuts 3 exist even in the internal surface sides of the added color gamuts 4 and colorful depth is enhanced. In such a way, the gel coating layers 2 are formed by colorfully patterning the grain of wood in three dimensions on the surfaces of the reinforced layers 1 and thereby the title artificial wooden board material is so finely manufactured that it is not distinguished both visually and by touch from the natural board material. |
