PURPOSE:To improve electrostatic characteristics and to obtain a sharp and good-quality copied image by using a resin contg. a prescribed ratio of a copolymer component which has 1X10<3> to 1X10<4> weight average mol. wt. and contains at least one kind of groups contg. one cyclic acid anhydride to a binder resin of the electrophotographic sensitive body having a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photoconductive layer contg. at least an inorg. photoconductive material and the binder resin is formed on the electrophotographic sensitive body. The resin contg. 0.5 to 15wt.% copolymer component which has 1X10<3> to 1X10<4> weight average mol. wt. and contains at least one kind of the groups contg. one cyclic acid anhydride is used for this binder layer. The electrostatic charge holding characteristic as the electrostatic characteristic and the photosensitivity are improved and the sharp and good-quality image is obtd. even when the environment at the time of copied image formation fluctuates like low temp. and low humidity or high temp. and high humidity. |
