A method of reducing the incidence of motion sickness in humans comprising playing music through a stereo headset prior to and/or during exposure to motion. The music comprises a modulated series of musical sounds having a rhythmic beat. The beat has a narrow frequency range within an overall range of from 40 to 80 beats per minute. |
