BROWNING INHIBITOR FOR HERRING ROE

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent herring roe from browning with high safety for a long period by containing vitamin E, sodium citrate and acid sodium pyrophosphate therein. CONSTITUTION:An inhibitor obtained by dispersing or dissolving 0.005-0.1% vitamin E, 0.1-10% sodium citrate and 0.005-1% acid sodium pyrophosphate in a catalase solution.
