PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the title element excellent in its sintered characteristic, low in its specific resistance and provided with a strong joint face with BaTiO3, inexpensively by providing a dielectric layer having BaTiO3 as its main ingredient and an inner electrode layer comprising a conducive oxide, and specifying a metal element composing the conductive oxide. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric element is composite of at least one kind of compounds where a metal element composing a conductive oxide for forming an inner electrode layer comprises La, Ba, and Cu, the ratio of number of atoms is (La+Ba)/Cu=1 and La/Ba=4, or the metal element comprises La, Sr and Cu and the ratio is (La+Sr)/Cu=1 and La/Sr=4 or La/Sr=3 or composed of at least one kind of mixtures of BaTiO3 or SrTiO3. It is thus possible to maintain excellent sintered property of conductive oxide and high conductivity and to improve the joining characteristic to a dielectric layer having BaTiO3 as its main ingredient. |
