The invention relates to a device for holding and for the attractive presentation, matched to the shapes and colours of the interior architectural design of the place of installation, of animals living in water, in particular ornamental fish, with plants and other accessories. The flat design of the glass bowl makes it possible to hang up said bowl like a picture and to surround it with a creatively designed frame behind which are situated all of the devices necessary for the aqua biotope, for ventilation, heating, filtration and circulation of the water and for the lighting, automatic feeding device and the distribution of electricity (Fig. 2). <IMAGE>
