PURPOSE:To simplify preparatory operation before printing by printing a printing item containing inputted selling data on a printing part according to set color data and displaying a printing color at every printing item on a color display device. CONSTITUTION:At first, when red color printing is performed, a printing item is set to a printing color setting mode by a keyboard and a red color printing item is stored in a printing buffer 9 and a display memory 12. When no red color printing is performed, a black color printing item is stored in the printing buffer 9 and the display memory 12. Continuously, when product name data is called out, unless a red flag is set, the data of the display memory 12 is called out to display a black color on a color display device 13 and, after a label publishing condition is completed, the data of the printing buffer 9 is printed black by a printing part 10. When the red flag is set, the data of the display memory 12 is called out and the red color printing item is displayed red on the color display device 13 while other printing item is displayed black and, after the label publishing condition is completed, the data of the printing buffer 9 is subjected to black printing and red printing by the printing part 10. |
