PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of analysis by providing discs wherein circular holes are provided at a specified interval on a plurality of circumferences having the different diameters, and providing discs wherein grooves are formed so as to communicate said discs sequentially. CONSTITUTION:Circular holes 2c-2e are formed at a specified interval in a plurality of circumferential directions having the different diameters in a disc 2. Grooves 3c-3e are formed so that the circular holes 2c-2e are sequentially communicated in the circumferential direction, the circular holes which are different in the direction of the diameter are communicated and all circular holes are continuously communicated in a disc 3. Sealing discs 4 are arranged on both sides of the discs 2 and 3 which are overlapped as a unitary body. When the discs 2-4 are laminated, large diameter holes 20, small diameter holes 21 and communication holes 22 are formed with the circular holes 2c-2e and the grooves 3c-3e. Thus one continuous separating tube part is provided. A plurality of combinations of the discs 2-4 by which the separating tube part is provided are laminated. Then, a rotary body 1 having a long, thin separating tube is always constituted. In this way, even a small amount of specimen can be analyzed in a short time. |
