<p>Waveguide apparatus in which a dielectric substrate 20 is placed between sections of a waveguide 24. The dielectric substrate 20 incorporates slots 21 arranged in a linear fashion and having extended portions B and C there being a narrow gap 23 between adjacent slots. This enables accurate control of radiation losses through the dielectric layer sandwiched between the sections of the waveguide to be achieved.</p> |
