PURPOSE:To freely set a quantity control lever by prescribing the upper limit shaking position of the quantity control lever by the contact of the quantity control lever with the stopper part of a lever holding member tilted toward a guide slot and bringing the quantity control lever into engagement with the recessed part of the lower part of the stopper part. CONSTITUTION:A quantity control lever 30 is shaken in an up and-down direction to control the emitting quantity of a substance to be sprinkled from a substance tank 16. The guide slot 26 formed to a guide plate 24 and permitting the insertion of the lever 30 guides the shaking of the lever 30 and, further, a stopper part 56 for prescribing the shaking of the lever 30 and the recessed part 60 formed on the under side of the stopper part 56 to engage with the lever 30 are provided. A plurality of lever holding members 50 are arranged along the side edge of the guide slot 26 in the longitudinal direction and pivotally supported so as to be freely tilted toward the guide slote 26 and the direction opposite thereto. That is, since the shaking operation of the lever holding members 50 can be performed by one finger, the control of the setting position of the quantity control lever can be performed easily and efficiently. |
