发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REDUCING NITROGEN OXIDE (NOX) FROM COMBUSTION EXHAUST GAS
摘要 PURPOSE: To decrease nitrogen oxides significantly by burning fuel stepwise in first stage to be decomposed thermally and then oxidizing the fuel between 800 deg.C-200 deg.C in second stage through catalytic reaction. CONSTITUTION: Combustion progress slowly at first by reducing oxygen supply to a reaction region through a combustion technology means while keeping the combustion temperature at 800 deg.C or below and prolonging the residence time. Nitrogen oxides are rendered as harmless as possible in the combustion region through the thermal decomposition combustion process. However, carbon monoxide and hydrocargon can no longer be decomposed because of repetitive deficiency of working temperature. In order to prevent these reactive exhaust gas components from being discharged to the outside, exhaust gas is is introduced from a heat generator through a catalyst 4 where oxidation progresses at a relatively low temperature in the range of 800 deg.C-200 deg.C.
