<p>NEW MATERIAL:A peptide (salt) expressed by the formula (X is H, H-His, H-Thr-His or H-Val-Thr-His; A is Asp or Gly; B is Phe or Leu; C is Gly or Val; D is Asn or Asp; E is Lys or Glu). USE:Inhibitor of cAMP synthesis. PREPARATION:For instance, solvent is added to benzhydrylamine resin, etc., of a carrier by solid method and the resin is swollen, then amino acid in which alpha-amino group is protected by t-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc) group, etc., is bonded from C-end side according to the turn of amino acid of peptide in the presence of condensing agent, thus alpha-amino protecting group is removed by trifluoroacetic acid, etc. Said processes are repeated to obtain linear protected peptide-bonded resin, then treated with hydrogen fluoride anhydride, thus protecting group is removed from the resin to afford the compound expressed by the formula.</p> |
