摘要 The present invention relates to the processing of cereals for the production of semi-whole flour and light brans or brans with a low content of coriaceous components, and comprises slight superficial decortication-abrading of the caryopses and subsequent integral milling of them to form a bran which, combined with the flour or separate from it, is substantially without coriaceous components while retaining the more digestible fibrous and nutritional components.
