PURPOSE:To eliminate the malfunction due to hazard by suppressing hazard occurring in a counter and feeding back this suppressed signal to the reset input terminal of the counter to set a period for masking. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a counter 10 which sets the period of masking is outputted through a flip flop 12 to suppress hazard occurring in the counter 10. This signal where noise is suppressed, an original synchronizing signal D, and a prescribed voltage are applied to a reset input terminal RS1, a clock input terminal CLK1, and a data input terminal D1 of a flip flop 13 respectively, and an output signal PG of this flip flop 13 is fed back to the reset input terminal RS of the counter 10. The period of masking is set in the counter 10 by the timing of this fed-back output signal PG. Thus, an influence of hazard is eliminated to obtain a masking characteristic of high precision. |
