PURPOSE:To assure the manhour reduction and cost cut down as well as the flame retardant properties, heat resistance and solvent resistance by a method wherein, in the painting process using an insulating paint having a filler content exceeding 80% and porous setting film, a paint containing phenol resin and epoxidized polybutadiene as requisite components is applied as a primer. CONSTITUTION:A paint containing phenol resin and epoxidized polybutadiene as requisite components is applied as a primer. As for the phenol resin as the primer, resol type phenol resin and novolak type phenol resin are applicable. The resol type phenol resin is a condensation dehydrated resin by normal process using formaldehyde exceeding one mole to phenol group one mole preferably 1.1-1.8 moles together with nitrogen containing compound catalyst or nitrogen containing compound and alkali earth metallic catalyst. The novolak type phenol resin is a condensation dehydrated resin by normal process using the phenol group and formaldehyde mentioned in said resol type phenol resin together with organic acid such as oxalic acid as the catalyst and inorganic acid such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc. |
