PURPOSE:To stabilize initial characteristic and aging characteristic by interposing a separator made of polyester fiber between carbon electrodes made of graphite, carbon black, activated charcoal, etc., to form an element. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum layer having approx. 0.05mm of thickness is formed on one side face of activated charcoal fiber cloth as a polarizable electrode by plasma flame spraying. A metal cover 5 being negative at its potential is made of SUS304, the inner face of a metal case 6 being positive is made of aluminum, the outer face is made of SUS304, and both are integrated as clads. A sealer is of polypropylene resin molding form. Electrolyte contains propylenecarbonate and 2 mol of tetrasthylammoniumtetrafluoroporate with 30mum of thickness. A separator is of polyester nonwoven fabric made of PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) having 30g/m<2> of METSUKE, and 0.35mm of thickness. |
