<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the container which has improved thermal formability, excellent mechanical properties and good rigidity at hot and is safe in food sanitation by using a resin compsn. formed by compounding talc at a prescribed ratio with a mixture composed of polyethylene (PE) resin and polypropylene (PP) resin. CONSTITUTION:The PP resin alone or the mixture composed of the PP resin and the PE resin is used as the component A of the resin compsn. used as the stock of the heat resistant container. the melt index of the PP resin is required to be more preferably in a 0.3 to 1.5/10min range. On the other hand, the PE resin to be used by being blended is not particularly limited and ultra- high mol.wt. PE, etc., are used. The PP resin is required to be incorporated at >=10wt.% into the mixture composed of the PP resin and the PE resin in case of using the above-mentioned mixture as the component A.</p> |
