<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent response property by providing a differential circuit for differentiating outputs of a detection circuit and an adder circuit for adding outputs of said differential circuit to outputs of said detection circuit. CONSTITUTION:The suction air introduced into an intake cylinder absorbs the heat value, making it impossible for a flow velocity detecting resistance body to maintain a predetermined temperature difference. Consequently, the equilibrium of a bridge circuit 1 is lost, whereby an output of a detection circuit 2 is fed to an adder circuit 5 and also to a differential circuit 4 through a control circuit 3. A differential output of the circuit 4 is added to the output fed to the circuit 5. Accordingly, the output of the circuit 4 compensates a portion where the output of the circuit 2 gradually reaches the final value, so that a rise time and a fall time can be remarkably reduced. Thus, the output of the circuit 5 is a signal having a considerably short response time.</p> |
